I haven’t received my activation email.
The activation link is emailed automatically once you enter your email, provided it is from one of the approved NHS domains.
Therefore, if you have not received the activation link by email we suggest you do the following things:
- Check that the email stated on Forward is spelt correctly
- Check your junk folder of your email
- Check that your inbox has been refreshed
If our checklist has not solved the issue, then there are a few more reasons you could be having trouble.
