What do I do if I forget my pin?

The pin code used to enter Forward is set up when you first create your profile. It is a 4 digit pin code and we recommend that it is different to your phone pin code.


How do I change my pin code to a new one?

📌 From the app home page,

  • Click ‘Settings’ in the top left hand corner
  • Scroll to the bottom
  • Sign out
  • Sign in again and re-authenticate using your secure email
  • Set your new pin code

You will be asked to re-authenticate to confirm your identity so that you can reset the pin code.
