What happens if I lose my phone?

Security is always a priority for Forward. If you lose your phone, don’t panic – we can remotely delete your account, meaning that nobody can access your Forward app from your phone. Further, due to the pin protection on the app, nobody can access in the time gap between losing your phone and contacting us.

Due to the fact that no information is permanently held on the device, this means that no sensitive data is at risk if you lose your phone.
